- Hannah Miranda Miller
- I am a 17 year old high school senior at the Northwest School in Seattle, Washington. I am in the process of creating a photojournalism exhibition and curriculum to educate the American Jewish community as well as secular audiences about the incredibly revival of Jewish life in Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Starting June 27th, I will be traveling to Kiev, Ukraine, Sofia, Bulgaria, Bucharest, Romania, and Budapest, Hungary to interview and photograph Jewish youth about their changing Jewish identity and their community. Most of the students attend Jewish schools funded by the Ronald S. Lauder Foundation but most are involved in Chabad or Zionist movements within their cities. I will posting here as I travel and upload my photographs and audio from the interviews as often as possible.
